The rooms were relaxing and tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was nice sized with a bathtub. The breakfast was delicious and included. The hotel was in an unbeatable and lovely position short walk to a garden and the soothing sound of water flowing from the adjacent fountain and Florida Road bars.

Didn't like the area, it was unwelcoming.

Its location is great and brilliant, short walk to beachfront and Florida Road bars and restaurants and a garden, lovely area. Morningside district certainly deserves to be visited🙂

I got a neat and new-fashioned room with private bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect for all my needs. The area was residential, a right place for me.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to help. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a great shower and comfy beds. The hotel also offers a range of amenities including air conditioning and a lovely terrace. I was impressed with the level of service and the quality of the facilities at this hotel.

The bed was the most comfortable we have had in a B and B. The breakfast was well cooked and appetising. The waitress at breakfast was excellent. The room was pleasant to live in and everything worked.

The reception staff appeared not to care less about our arrival. It was as if we were a nuisance in arriving to spoil their afternoon. There was a wedding on the go so perhaps we were...........

I had a very good dinner - food was oustanding. Desserts could be improved on. Good value for money dinner choices. Very helpful and pleasant staff

Shower is good but missing a hand shower; Lighting in bathroom poor. TV channel selection could be improved on Cold Platter for Breakfast not very good, also no croissants, however, very good hot choices for breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a lovely location close to everything. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and had all the basic amenities needed. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was included.

Housekeeping in the restaurant was lacking. Reception area needed some flowers and fragrance - musty smell throughout the main part of hotel. A la carte menu is mediocre and lacking skill in execution.

The room was comfortable and clean with good facilities. The location was convenient and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was not up to standard with a heavy and greasy meal. There was also a lack of maintenance with broken plugs, dead light bulbs, and poor Wi-Fi connectivity.

Well furnished comfortable rooms with flexibility - all my guests I host are from different parts of the world and have various requests and needs - the staff were very accommodating. This was my first booking with you - it won't be the last - a little more expensive than other boutique hotels in the area though

Slightly better pricing will ensure I call only this hotel and not shop around first.

I had a wonderful stay at Saint James On Venice. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby on Florida Road. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower was also great. The old school charm of the stained glass windows added to the overall charm of the hotel. The strong wifi was a plus, and the beautiful Koi pond was a peaceful spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable accommodations.
